We bulk buy coffee beans, and I find sometimes the coffee starts to be a bit stale. Wondering if we are storing it all wrong. We are looking for recommendations.

Pippa Parker commented, We just pick up any descaling solution from our local appliance store. The 8Bar manuals confirm it is ok to use any descaling solution, as long as it is for coffee machines.
